Eden monthly draw: win your order back

Each calendar month, one Eden customer has their order refunded in full, up to R2,000. These rules apply to every monthly draw. By entering, you agree to them.

1. Who runs the draw

The draw is run by Eden Artistry (Eden Lash and Brow Artistry), Johannesburg, South Africa ("Eden", "we"). Questions: helloedenartistry@gmail.com or WhatsApp 066 204 8398.

2. Who can enter

  • South African residents aged 18 or older.
  • Not open to Eden's directors, employees, agents or suppliers involved in the draw, or their spouses, partners and immediate family.

3. How to enter

  • Join the Eden email list (through the pop-up or the sign-up form on edenartistry.co.za), and
  • place and pay for an order on edenartistry.co.za in the same calendar month, using the email address you signed up with.

There is no extra cost to enter. Products and courses are sold at their normal prices. Each customer has one entry per month, however many orders they place.

4. The prize

  • One winner each month receives a refund of one qualifying order from that month, up to a maximum of R2,000 (including VAT). If the order is more than R2,000, we refund R2,000.
  • Delivery fees are not refunded.
  • The refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 days of the winner confirming. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred.
  • If the winner placed more than one order that month, we refund the highest-value order, up to R2,000.

5. Orders that don't qualify

Orders that are cancelled, returned or refunded, orders not fully paid, and course deposits that are later refunded do not count.

6. The draw

  • The draw takes place on the first business day of the following month.
  • One winner is chosen at random from all valid entries for the month.
  • We contact the winner by email within 2 business days of the draw. If we don't hear back within 7 days, or the winner doesn't qualify, we draw again.

7. Announcing the winner

With the winner's permission, we announce their first name and city on our Instagram (@eden.artistry_jhb). We won't publish anything else about them without their agreement.

8. Your information

We use your details only to run the draw and, if you agreed, to send you Eden emails, in line with our privacy policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You can unsubscribe at any time.

9. General

  • This is a promotional competition under section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
  • Eden may end or change the draw with notice on this page. A change never affects a month that has already started.
  • If we suspect fraud or abuse, we may disqualify the entry.
  • Eden's decision on the draw is final.
